Hello there -
If you just have one small lesion - cryo (freezing) or injecting it with a small amount of lidocaine (numbing medicine) and cutting it off is usually of minimal cost. Do you not have medical insurance? If not, you can pay a low office call and a minimal procedure fee. Usually the removal of a single wart is on the order of $15 or so. If you don’t have any insurance - tell your doc ahead of time - he may just give you one price for the whole visit and the procedure at a discount.
Please don’t try any home remidies. This can be dangerous and you wouldn’t want to cause any infection, harm to your body.
Let your doc advise you. I know what you fear, but the expense may not be as great as you think.

If it is a genital wart you will have to go to the doctor to get rid of it. Sometimes they go away on their own, but if it’s been there a few months you should get it checked out to make sure of what it is. Can be dangerous (depending on the strain) to your female partners.
Take a razor and slice the mother fu*ker off there lol….
I know there is an over the counter product that freezes warts … I forgot the manufacturer.
You and everyone you had relations with needs to get tested to make sure its not STD.
If it isn’t ask you doc for info.
