I am hypo taking Levoxyl ( they are all the same stuff) and hot flashes is definately not a symptom for me. As far as temp, you will usually see an intolerance for cold as a symptom. As far as I know, hot flashes are not a symptom of hypothyroidism. Since you are taking Synthroid, I assume you are hypo. Menopause takes years and though you may not have your periods or have night sweats, that does not mean the process is all over. For some women it can take nearly a decade. I am on Synthroid and experience no hot flashes. It is not a traditional hypo part. My best guess, you still are feeling residual menopause like symptoms.
