You do not want to let them grow and the duct tape is not a medically recommended treatment. The doctor will likely prescribe you something like compound W for genital warts (do not use COmpound W... unless your doctor says to) that will not be pleasant but will be necessary... I saw pictures in a book of genital warts left untreated and it was SCARY! Go to a doctor and get a prescription for something stronger.
